From our Mill

To prepare the best dough… we grind the best wheat in our own mill.

At Casa Tarradellas we believe that to obtain the best pizza we must be concerned with all the details from the very origin. Our meat production tradition already consolidates this principle: we have our own farms to prepare our own ham and bacon, which are basic ingredients for some of our pizzas.

However, aware of the big challenge and responsibility that as a food brand our consumers set us, we are also concerned with obtaining the best flour to make the dough for our pizzas. We have modern installations designed to make our own flour. To do this we select the best type of wheat to make our pizzas, we grind it and obtain our flour, which after a carefully-controlled fermentation and careful decoration will reach our homes.
