Preparation tips

For best results, follow these steps when cooking the product:
  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC (upper and lower heat).
  2. Remove the dough from the fridge and let rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Unroll the dough and place it on baking paper over the cold tray. Avoid letting the paper touch the walls of the oven.
  4. Fill with your chosen ingredients.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes (according to chosen recipe). The oven temperature should not be higher than 220°C.
