CASA TARRADELLAS may collect the following personal information from users through forms or other inputs when the user registers for the newsletter, participates in promotions or surveys of the company, and makes enquiries, suggestions or complaints: name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, gender. In the event that data are provided in the context of a job application, in addition to the above data, professional information of the data subject and their curriculum vitae and other data inherent to the selection process will be collected.

In addition, CASA TARRADELLAS collects all information relating to your browsing on the WEBSITE and your interaction with the brand.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the data subject obtained through the website shall be processed for the following purposes, as applicable:

– To send information to data subjects about news, offers and promotions of Casa Tarradellas, to facilitate voluntary participation in contests and prize draws, to inform about social activities and events organised by the company, the receipt by data subjects of the corresponding benefits, as well as to manage incidents and actions of the customer service and, in short, to facilitate communication between data subjects and the Controller. The information shall be sent by email or communications of any kind in relation to the aforementioned purposes, provided that the data subject’s consent has been obtained.

– To respond to enquiries, suggestions, incidents or any other information or request raised by users. The response may be made by email, telephone, postal mail or any other useful system to deliver it. The data provided by the user when making the request and any additional data provided during the response process shall be incorporated into a program intended for its management and may subsequently be used for statistical purposes.

– In relation to job applications received through the website (“Work with Us” section), the personal data collected through the corresponding form, the curriculum vitae, as well as those generated during the selection process are confidential and shall be processed by Casa Tarradellas, S.A., as data controller, solely for the sole purposes of analysing, managing and responding to the job application. The response may be made by email, telephone, postal mail or any other useful system for this purpose. The data thus obtained shall not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation, and shall be retained for the duration of the selection process and, thereafter, for a maximum period of six months, except in the event that the candidate is hired.

– The processing of data may involve profiling consisting of using data on preferences voluntarily provided by the data subject in order to personalise the content of communications, offers, products and other activities according to their interests. Such processing shall not produce legal effects on the data subject nor significantly affect them in a similar manner, pursuant to Article 22.1 GDPR.

– To manage and develop registration on the WEBSITE, which shall involve the creation of profiles of the user’s browsing on the WEBSITE. Such profiling consists of the use of the customer’s personal data and information on their browsing, such as products viewed or information requests, sections of the WEBSITE visited, location, in order to assess their preferences and/or personal interests.

– To respond to the exercise of rights by the data subject regarding their data. CASA TARRADELLAS shall retain personal data in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations. Personal data shall only be retained for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legislation or for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

CASA TARRADELLAS is authorised to process data based on the consent expressly given by the user through the management of registration on the WEBSITE, by email or, where applicable, any other mechanism for collecting consent.

In relation to profiling, the legal basis for the processing of the data subject’s personal data shall be the data subject’s consent.

4. DATA RETENCION PERIODS

We shall retain the collected data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes established in the Privacy Policy or in accordance with legal requirements that determine their custody, and provided that the consents granted are not revoked in those cases in which the processing is based on consent.

Please note that, in some cases, we may retain your data for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims, requests, liabilities and legal and/or contractual obligations, always duly blocked.

Personal data may only be processed by a third party if the Data Processor undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to comply with the data processing security commitment consisting of protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

CASA TARRADELLAS states that it has adopted all necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent their loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties. In relation to the foregoing, in order to improve the security of data information and other assets, CASA TARRADELLAS has implemented an Information Security Management System based on the requirements of ISO 27001:2022. 8. USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

If you use a specific username on a social network, CASA TARRADELLAS may record the data available on such social network for which you have expressly allowed communication through the selected application. These social media have their own terms of use which you are required to take into account and observe if you use them.

9. USER RIGHTS

  1. Right of Access: To access personal data held by the responsible company.
  2. Right of Rectification: To request the rectification of personal data when they are inaccurate or to have them completed when they are incomplete, without prejudice to modification by the user through our WEBSITE.
  3. Right of Erasure / Right to be Forgotten: To request that personal data be erased if they are not necessary for the development of a contractual relationship or legal management.
  4. Right to Restriction: To request the restriction of data processing, in which case we shall only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims.
  5. Right to Portability: To receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller by automated means.
  6. Right to Object: To object to personal data being processed on the basis of public or legitimate interest, including profiling. In this case, the Controller shall cease processing the data, except for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
