Preparation tips

The best way to cook the product is following this steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (lower heat, without fan).
  2. Do not remove the dough from the fridge until you are ready to use it.
  3. Roll out the dough. To obtain a thinner dough, use a rolling pin.
  4. Place the dough on the oven rack with baking paper.
  5. Add the sauce and your chosen ingredients. Avoid letting the paper touch the walls of the oven.
  6. Bake in the oven until golden, for about 15–20 minutes. (Lower heat without fan). The oven temperature should not be higher than 220°C.
