Preparation tips

The best way of cooking the pizza is following this steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC (upper and lower heat without fan).
  2. Do not remove the dough from the fridge until you are ready to use it.
  3. Roll out the dough and spread it over the oven tray lined with baking paper. Avoid letting the paper touch the walls of the oven.
  4. Fill with your chosen ingredients.
  5. Bake in the oven until golden (according to chosen recipe*). The oven temperature should not be higher than 220°C. *Cooked without filling: 12–15 min. Cooked with filling: 40–45 min.
