From our rural beginnings in agriculture and livestock, our priorities have remained the same: delivering quality, ensuring animal welfare, and respecting our environment, always in harmony with the rhythm of the land.
Cultivating the present to sow the future
Casa Tarradellas products begin in the fields. We have inherited from previous generations a profound respect for artisanal tradition and a continuous commitment to improvement. This legacy enables us to preserve and strengthen a rich culture of working the land.
For this reason, we promote regenerative agriculture, a set of practices that respect the natural rhythms of the soil, enhance crop quality, support carbon sequestration, and foster biodiversity and water balance.
From the finest wheat comes the finest flour
Creating the highest‑quality pizza starts with taking care of every detail from the very beginning. We carefully select the wheat best suited to our pizzas and mill it in our own facilities to produce our own flour. After a precisely controlled fermentation and meticulous preparation, our pizzas are ready to be enjoyed in homes across the country.
Rural origins
To produce our Espetec, ham, bacon and renowned pâtés, we rely on our own network of farms, where we follow a rigorous selection process and provide a diet based on noble cereals. This approach allows us to obtain meats with strong musculature and minimal dorsal fat.
Since 2017, our farms have held animal-welfare certification, a reflection of our philosophy and the way we have always cared for animals.

At Casa Tarradellas, we believe that working responsibly with people, animals, our surroundings and the environment benefits us all. It is simply who we are.
Green energy
Since our beginnings, we have aimed to be an energy-responsible company, always seeking ways to reduce consumption while promoting new energy sources that respect the environment. Since 2004, all our production centres have been equipped with solar panels for self-consumption, reinforcing our longstanding commitment to sustainability.
Circular use of plastic
Driven by our focus on sustainability and continuous improvement, in 2012 we launched our own plastic recycling centre. This facility allows us to recover the plastic offcuts generated during the packaging of our products and transform them into new sheets that are later reused in the same process.
Circular use of water
With the aim of using water more responsibly, and thanks to the development of new technology, we have succeeded in recovering all the water generated during the drying and maturation process of our Espetec in the drying rooms. This innovation enables us to reduce consumption and reuse such a valuable resource as water.
